Tests are made before we start production and thereafter on a regular basis. Our products are tested at independent accredited test laboratories and institutes. Telescopic Handle Fatigue Test
With the payload basket filled to its rated capacity, the telescopic towing handle is cycled up and down continuously for 50,000 complete cycles without failure.

Wheels Rolling Durability Test
With the payload basket filled to its rated capacity, the unit is rolled continuously over an uneven and abrasive surface a total of 4 miles without failure.

Carrying Handle Fatigue Test
With the payload basket filled to its rated capacity, the carrying handle is dynamically loaded and unloaded continuously for 50,000 complete cycles without failure.

Impact Resistance Test
A 5 lb steel ball is dropped from 4 feet onto the basket webbing to demonstrate adequate strength and elasticity to high energy impact.

Telescopic Handle Bending Test
With the payload basket filled to its rated capacity, the telescopic towing handle is subjected to full bending stresses by cycling the unit from the vertical position to the horizontal position and back up. The up-down-up cycle is repeated continuously for 50,000 complete cycles without failure.

Corrosion Resistance Test
The complete unit is continously sprayed with a saline solution in a mist test chamber for 400 hours. At the completion of the test, there is no corrosion to any components, and all components continue to slide and rotate freely.
